QPlay

These Terms govern your use of the QPlay mobile application operated by QPlay by Yazardo, based in Milan, Italy.

By using QPlay, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App.

2. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information, including your email and phone number.
• You are responsible for your account credentials.
• You may delete your account at any time within the app.

3. User Content

Users may upload audio files (WAV or FLAC).

Uploaded recitations are publicly visible.

By uploading content, you confirm you have the legal right to share it.

You retain ownership of your content but grant QPlay a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it within the App.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Uploading copyrighted material without permission
• Uploading illegal or harmful content
• Attempting to disrupt or hack the service
• Accessing other users’ accounts without authorization

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts violating these rules.

5. Donations

Donations are voluntary and processed by PayPal.

QPlay does not store payment details.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties.

We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or service interruptions.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy and the European Union.

Disputes shall be handled by the courts of Milan, Italy.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
