QPlay is operated by QPlay by Yazardo ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our"), an individual developer based in Milan, Italy.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the QPlay mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect:

• Email address
• Phone number
• Name
• Gender (optional)
• Birthdate
• Profile photo (optional)

We also collect limited technical information:

• IP address — processed anonymously and used only to determine the country code for reciter statistics.

The IP address is not stored in identifiable form and is not used for tracking, advertising, profiling, or behavioral analysis.

We do NOT collect:

• Device tracking information
• Advertising identifiers
• Behavioral tracking data
• Analytics services

2. How We Use Your Information

• Create and manage your account
• Allow you to upload and share recitations
• Provide notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging
• Generate anonymous country-based statistics for reciters
• Improve security and prevent abuse
• Respond to support requests

We do not use your data for advertising or marketing purposes.

3. Audio Uploads

Users may upload audio files (WAV or FLAC format only).

Uploaded recitations are publicly visible within the app.

Users may delete their recordings at any time.

By uploading content, you confirm that you have the legal right to share that audio content.

4. Data Storage

All data is stored securely on private servers located in Milan, Italy.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect user data.

5. Third-Party Services

QPlay uses:

• Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) — for push notifications only.
• PayPal — for voluntary donations processing.

We do not use analytics services.

We do not use advertising services.

We do not sell or share user data.

6. Account Deletion

Users may delete their account directly inside the app.

Upon deletion:

• Account data is permanently removed
• Associated recordings are deleted

7. Age Restriction

QPlay is intended for users aged 13 years and older.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
