Delete Your QPlay Account

This page explains how users of QPlay can request deletion of their account and associated data.

Option 1 – Delete Directly Inside the App (Recommended)

You can permanently delete your account directly inside the QPlay app by following these steps:

1. Open the QPlay app
2. Go to your Profile
3. Tap on Settings
4. Select Delete Account
5. Confirm deletion

Once confirmed:

• Your account will be permanently deleted
• Your uploaded recordings will be removed
• Your personal information will be erased from our servers

Option 2 – Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access your account, you may request deletion by contacting us:

Please include the email address associated with your QPlay account.

Data Retention

All account data is permanently deleted upon request. We do not retain personal information after deletion, except where legally required.
